Case Manager

This is a part-time position with the possibility of full time work. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Case Manager to connect with young people in our established Teen Mentoring Programs, empowering youth to reach their full potential. In this vital role, you will develop strong relationships with adolescents, coordinate mentoring activities, and connect young people with essential resources. Your passion for youth development and commitment to positive behavioral support will foster a safe, nurturing environment where teens can thrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals from diverse and underserved communities. We focus on Washington, Greene and Fayette Counties in SW PA. Must have a bachelors degree - social work preferred.
