Associate Attorney

Our firm is looking for an associate attorney to handle family law (support, custody and divorce) and criminal law cases out of our York office, although travel to Court in Adams County, Cumberland County, Franklin County and Dauphin County, may be necessary at times. Job duties include the following:

1) Performing consultations with potential clients to talk about their specific case and legal options available;

2) Drafting, reviewing and executing legal documents;

3) Communications with clients, co-workers and other attorneys about the cases that are assigned to the attorney;

4). Representing clients in Court regarding their specific cases.
