Contract Recruiter - Manufacturing & Technical Recruiting

Location: Delaware, OH (Fully Onsite)

Pay Rate: $35/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours - (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We are partnering with a rapidly growing organization that is expanding its workforce and seeking a Contract Recruiter to support large-scale hiring initiatives across manufacturing and technical functions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and technical positions
  • Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for open roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring demands
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate a positive candidate experience
  • Track recruiting activity and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process
  • Support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous high-volume recruiting experience
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience required
  • Technical recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency
  • Experience working in a fast-changing environment with aggressive hiring goals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
