Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead high-visibility, enterprise-level programs within a fast-paced and complex organization. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of program/project management experience, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and delivery.
The Senior Program Manager will provide leadership and direction to project managers and program teams while serving as a key liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through successful completion.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to project managers and program team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, senior leadership, and steering committees.
- Establish and maintain effective program governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, status reports, dashboards, and program updates.
- Identify, track, and proactively mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, operations, and other stakeholder groups.
- Ensure program objectives and project deliverables remain aligned with business strategy and organizational priorities.
- Facilitate executive and steering committee meetings and drive timely decisions and issue resolution.
- Monitor program performance, timelines, and milestones and implement corrective actions when required.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams while maintaining visibility into overall program health.
- Lead programs through changing priorities, competing demands, and high-pressure situations.
- Apply Agile, Hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies based on program requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement in program delivery, governance, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management and/or Project Management within large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.
- Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand, synthesize, and communicate complex information.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

- Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Previous experience with Charter Communications or another major telecommunications organization.
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation, technology modernization, or operational programs.
- Experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing highly visible initiatives involving executive leadership.
- Experience working across large, matrixed enterprise organizations.
