As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services
Demonstrating a commitment to customer service and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
Current and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
Experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC)/Senior living or related field preferred
