Shifts Available- 2nd: Mon–Fri, 1:45 pm–10:00 pm
- 3rd: Sun–Thu, 9:45 pm–6:00 am
Why This Role Matters
- Safeguard people and equipment by enforcing Lockout/Tagout and correcting hazards proactively.
- Execute PMs as scheduled by the Maintenance Manager/TPM Leader; convert findings from operator checklists into action; return assets to showroom condition.
- Run efficient mold/tool changeovers using SMED practices; verify safe, stable restarts.
- Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process faults; handle building maintenance as assigned.
- Maintain meticulous CMMS records in MicroMain; record parts usage; escalate low stock and reorder triggers; open quick tickets for emergencies.
- Partner with the Production Manager and/or Senior Operator on equipment training; recommend new training content.
- Champion housekeeping and 5S-level standards.
- Communicate status, risks, and improvement ideas across maintenance, production, and leadership.
- Engage in plant teams: safety, quality, sustainability, community involvement, OEE, maintenance, employee wellness, brainstorming, and continuous improvement.
- Drive your growth: meet with your manager, request training, pursue continuing education, set and track development goals.
- Immediately report any concerns related to quality, food safety, GMP, and food defense.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required

- Repetitive motions of hands and arms
- Near vision sufficient for data analysis and detecting small defects
- Exertion: Medium Workup to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly
Working Conditions
- Inside and outside environments
- Potential exposure to temperatures above 100°ree;F for over one hour
- Noise and vibration (whole body/extremities)
- Proximity to moving parts, electrical current, and chemicals
- Atmospheric conditions including fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
- Exposure to oils and cutting fluids (air and/or skin)
