The Quality Control Manager develops, implements, and maintains project-specific Quality Control Plans, oversees testing and inspection processes, and manages all quality-related documentation from project start through closeout. This position works closely with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives to drive a strong culture of quality, safety, and compliance across multiple federal construction sites.

Potential project locations include federal and military installations such as China Lake, 29 Palms, Yuma, El Centro, Los Angeles, Travis AFB, and other bases and facilities. The organization welcomes candidates based outside California, particularly experienced federal construction professionals who are comfortable traveling from project to project.
