Restaurant General Manager and Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager and Kitchen Manager to oversee food cost, bar management, and profit and loss performance in a high-volume service environment. Reporting to an area manager and partnering with an executive chef, this role offers a pathway to multi-unit management.

Responsibilities

• Manage food cost and support strong operational performance.
• Oversee bar management and beverage operations.
• Monitor profit and loss results.
• Lead high-volume service operations.
• Partner with the executive chef to coordinate restaurant and kitchen management.
• Report operational performance and priorities to the area manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Experience in food and beverage operations.
• Experience with catering and sales.
