Hospice RN Contract -- Travel & Local

Hospice RN – 13-Week Travel Contract

KPG Healthcare is seeking an experienced Hospice RN for a full-time, 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide skilled hospice nursing care to patients in their homes, completing scheduled visits and managing care based on each patient's individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled hospice nursing care during in-home patient visits
• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition
• Manage symptoms and provide comfort-focused care
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed
• Educate patients and families on medications, symptom management, and the plan of care
• Communicate patient needs and changes in condition with the hospice care team
• Complete accurate visit documentation using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• 1+ year of recent Hospice RN experience
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
• Associate's degree or higher
