Rhude & Sons Contracting is looking for an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead a 3–4 person crew on residential construction projects throughout the Lakes Region and Northern New Hampshire.

We're seeking a motivated leader who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, maintain high-quality workmanship, and keep projects moving efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a 3–4 person crew
Coordinate projects from start to finish
Read plans and oversee daily jobsite operations
Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers
Maintain quality workmanship, safety, and productivity
Keep projects moving on schedule and within budget

Ability to manage crews and solve problems independently
