Exciting opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a dynamic contract position in a school environment! This in-person role begins at the start of November and spans through early April, with the possibility to extend. Experience the rewarding impact of serving one elementary campus, working with students from preschool through 6th grade.

In this role, you'll provide individualized speech-language services and manage a focused caseload, giving you the chance to cultivate strong relationships and support student achievement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience providing school-based speech therapy preferred
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Ability to deliver services in-person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to approximately 43 students
  • Serve as case manager for a group of 22 students, ensuring compliance and documentation
  • Complete pending assessments (currently three) with accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educational teams, administrators, and families to support student goals
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven recommendations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations as needed
