About the Job

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person at the front desk
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary
Utilize Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel spreadsheets, to document customer interactions, update records, and prepare reports
Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software, ensuring all client information is current and correctly filed
Assist with office management duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies to support daily operations
Provide administrative support by proofreading correspondence, managing calendars, and supporting client communication efforts
Support team members with clerical tasks that enhance overall office efficiency and productivity
