Step into a contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving a diverse caseload across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This full-time role involves providing direct onsite support to students for the 2026-2027 academic year, working with a caseload typically ranging from 38 to 40 students. Collaborate with educational teams to make a lasting difference in the communication success of individuals in a dynamic and supportive school environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license, SLP-CCC required
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Comfortable working with varied age groups: elementary through high school
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students onsite
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student goals
  • Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
