Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Utah
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Comfortable conducting assessments and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Assess, evaluate, and document student speech, language, and communication needs
  • Write and maintain clear, data-driven IEPs and progress reports
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere for students
