As a dedicated professional in this contract position, you’ll work closely with students, teachers, and families to evaluate, diagnose, and deliver effective speech and language therapy. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license for Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience working with K-12 students is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
- Provide consultative support and resources to educators and family members
- Participate in IEP meetings and help shape strategies for student growth
