Caf Manager– Roast Coffee Company
Roast Coffee Company is looking for passionate Caf Manager to manage the daily operations of our Locust St. Caf. The primary focus of this position will be to ensure accountability for Cost of Goods, Scheduling, and Caf Standards/Business Goals. The Caf Manager will support the barista team and ensure the cafe runs smoothly. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, quality focused coffee drinks, and demonstrate a commitment to the Roast Way.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Ordering and managing inventory levels to ensure caf has sufficient products and supplies to operate at peak efficiency.
- Harmonizing scheduling and labor flow to meet and/or exceed labor indicators
- Ensure barista team is maintaining quality standards within the caf
- Training and/or guiding baristas on Roast’s processes

We are looking for someone to work ~30 hours/week with weekend availability. Pay is dependent on ability and experience and begins at $24,000-27,000 annually + Tips and Bonuses.
