Step into a rewarding opportunity working with students and staff to deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services for a full-time maternity leave coverage. This contract position in a supportive educational setting begins as soon as possible and continues through December. You will play a vital role in helping students enhance their communication skills, remove barriers to learning, and achieve their goals in the school environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Recent experience providing speech-language therapy in a school setting
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with diverse student populations and a variety of speech/language disorders

Your Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, adapting interventions for individual needs
  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments using evidence-based practices
  • Draft and maintain accurate reports, progress notes, and IEP documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise
  • Help foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes language skills and academic progress
