Step into a rewarding opportunity as a full-time onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year, supporting a dynamic caseload of K-5th grade students. This contract position is open to candidates who hold CCC or CFY credentials, with a focus on providing direct therapy servicesSLPAs will not be considered for this role.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • North Carolina SLP licensure (or eligibility pending licensure approval)
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Proven skill in evaluation, development, and implementation of treatment plans for K-5 populations
  • Strong communication and collaborative abilities with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Work closely with teachers and special education teams to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain detailed and timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Engage with families to provide updates, training, and support for carryover at home
