Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
- Experience or comfort working with children and adolescents from kindergarten through high school
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is a plus, though not mandatory
- Commitment to fostering student growth and supporting individualized education goals
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop targeted intervention plans for students
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to diverse communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school-based professionals
- Support IEP development by providing input, participating in meetings, and documenting progress
- Address a broad range of speech, language, and social communication difficulties
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners
