We are seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join a growing fine dining seafood restaurant company committed to serving the highest-quality seafood with impeccable service and hospitality.xThis is an opportunity for a passionate restaurant leader who wants to develop their career, lead great people, and make a meaningful difference in a growing organization.

The Opportunity

As Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to lead the restaurant team and deliver an exceptional experience every day.

We are looking for a leader who believes that great restaurants are built through great people, high standards, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team
  • Deliver exceptional, polished, and personalized guest service
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and restaurant execution
  • Coach, train, and develop managers and team members
  • Build a positive, accountable, people-first culture
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, premium seafood, wine, and beverage offerings
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH execution
  • Drive sales, productivity, labor management, and overall restaurant performance
  • Be highly visible on the floor and lead by example during service
  • Help identify and develop the restaurant's future leaders
