Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative who is a proactive self-starter with strong multi-tasking, customer service, attention to detail, and communication skills. In this on-site, full-time role (MondayFriday), you will develop a deep understanding of industrial hose manufacturing processes and product lines in order to accurately communicate with customers about products, pricing, and timelines. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping to identify their needs, recommend solutions, and support the sales process from initial inquiry through fulfillment.

Work Environment
This role is based on-site with a manufacturer of industrial hoses and accessories, offering a stable work environment supported by a wide variety of product manufacturing. You will work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday. During the first 12 months, you will spend time on the production floor assembling and building products to gain hands-on knowledge of the product line and the overall manufacturing process. The environment is fast-paced and activity-based, with close collaboration between inside sales, outside sales, and manufacturing operations. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
