ARE YOU THE INSPECTION REVIEW SUPERVISOR WE NEED?

Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a customer service mindset and a drive to keep improving operations and optimizing processes. Experience related to insurance, underwriting, home inspection, quality review, mortgage services, and/or property preservation would be preferred. Experience using inspection software or workflow management programs would also be a bonus! The minimum qualifications are:

• Ability to work in the office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and high levels of accuracy
• Effective, professional communication and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet all deadlines and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn company-specific software
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (associate/bachelor's degree would be preferred)

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

The Inspection Review Supervisor leads a team of review specialists in verifying the quality, completion, and accuracy of inspection reports for insurance uses. You'll supervise the daily workflows to monitor productivity, providing your team with the quality coaching and guidance they need to excel within their roles and meet their performance targets. Accuracy, compliance, and timeliness will be some of your top priorities, and you'll make sure your team follows all company protocols in their activities. You'll train new hires on our procedures and support current employees' professional development. As needed, you'll assist with swiftly resolving escalated review questions and situations.

In addition to the day-to-day, you'll find ways to improve the big picture operations and optimize our work strategies. You'll assist with strategic scheduling, workload distribution, and performance management initiatives as well as maintain organized documentation. The Inspection Review Supervisor collaborates cross-departmentally with operations, quality assurance, and management teams to ensure excellence every day!
