Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Waterville, ME

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy for students, tailoring interventions to individual education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students’ academic success
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports, following school and legal guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
