What You'll Do
The Production Supervisor will manage and monitor production at our Tucker, GA facility. This role carries out the manufacturing strategies and goals set by the Plant Manager and upper management.
- Communicate clear job expectations; plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees in partnership with management and HR.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure operator training is completed and effective for each job assignment.
- Develop personal growth opportunities for team members.
- Enforce company standards of conduct, safety, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Work with the Plant Manager to plan work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
- Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records to determine production requirements and evaluate current estimates and outputs.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by training and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
- Analyze operating practices and staffing needs and recommend revisions.
- Work with the Plant Manager to establish and maintain a level-loaded finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate operations and activities with other supervisors within and between departments or cells.
- Act as a change agent, helping the team transition smoothly through changes.
- Partner with management to drive continuous improvement in assigned cells and throughout the plant.
- Report cell, employee, and plant performance data to support Plant KPIs (OTD, overtime, attendance, scrap, cell efficiency).

What You'll Bring
- Two-year college degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or at least 7 years of manufacturing supervision experience in a similar environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Background in manufacturing, production, automotive, or a related field.
- Ability to use and analyze data in Excel and related software.
- Comfortable operating and navigating basic computer systems.
- Ability to correct, counsel, and discipline employees when necessary.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, plus weekends as needed.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds, repetitive bending and reaching, and safely operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
