Job Description As anExtrusion Helper, you willassist the Extrusion Operator with job setup, raw materials, inspection, and packaging of rubber products.
Responsibilities:- Assist with setup and tear down of extruder
- Verify raw materials and feed rubber into extruder
- Package finished parts per work ticket instructions
- Assemble boxes and maintain a clean work area
- Follow safety and company policies
Qualifications and Requirements:- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Experience with calipers is a plus
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary range for this position is $17hr.,excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
