General Labor/ Order Picker 2nd shift

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team on second shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a pay increase after 90 days and long-term growth potential.

Schedule & Pay:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Starting Pay: $19.25/hour
• Pay Increase: $20.75/hour after 90 days

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a cherry picker forklift to fulfill outbound orders
• Use a headset system to receive and follow picking instructions
• Lift to elevated rack locations, step into racks, and accurately pick product
• Place items onto the platform for transport
• Work in very narrow aisles with minimal clearance
• Properly engage the wire guidance system to ensure safe operation and prevent damage

Requirements:

• Experience operating a cherry picker/order picker forklift , min 2 years exp.
• Comfortable working at heights and stepping into rack locations
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work efficiently
• Strong attention to safety and detail
