Job Description
An established commercial bakery is seeking a Bread Filling Associate to support high-volume bread production. In this role, you will prepare, fill, and finish sweet and savory bread products using automated production equipment and manual techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and clean automated dough processing, filling, and encrusting equipment used in commercial bread production
- Fill, shape, and hand-finish specialty bread products according to established specifications
- Monitor product weight, filling amounts, texture, and appearance to maintain consistent quality
- Load prepared products onto commercial baking pans or racks and support smooth production-line flow
- Follow food safety, sanitation, HACCP/GMP, and required PPE procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current Food Handler Card required
- 1-2 years of commercial bakery, food manufacturing, commissary, or high-volume production experience preferred
- Previous experience with automated filling, sheeting, encrusting, or similar food production equipment preferred
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for repetitive, precise production work
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and work efficiently in a fast-paced, temperature-variable environment
- Ability tolift upto 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, including required overtime
- Strong attention to detail for identifying filling inconsistencies, visual defects, or weight discrepancies

The base pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, overtime, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
The $300 sign-on bonus is available toeligible full-timeexternal candidates and is paid in installments after 30, 60, and 90 days. Current temporary employees converting to the client’s payroll are not eligible.
