Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Receptionist to support the daily operations of an assisted living community. This role is often the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and outside partners, making strong customer service and communication an important part of the position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents, family members, guests, and community partners in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining appropriate front desk coverage during scheduled hours.

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, including screening, transferring, and accurately relaying messages.

• Assist visitors upon arrival, help ensure established sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed, and keep the reception and lobby areas clean, organized, and presentable.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, copying, mailing, and assistance with payroll-related tasks.

• Monitor office supply levels and coordinate ordering as needed to help ensure necessary materials remain available.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with standard office equipment and telephone or call-management systems is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
