Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related customer service or dispatch environment experience
- Working knowledge of dispatch systems, personal computer, telephone and telephone headset
- Basic computer and mathematics skill
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed which will include Saturdays and overnights
Responsibilities
- Efficiently batching concrete using computer or manual controls
- Performing daily plant maintenance, including manual lifting and shoveling
- Completes customer orders, schedules deliveries, and small plant maintenance
- Effectively communicates with the drivers to efficiently complete customer orders
- Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and company policies
