Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Pennsylvania SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• School-based experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Monitor and document student developments, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based therapy services
