Senior Manager, Technical Accounting
** Once a week in the office and the rest from home**
Responsibilities:
• Prepare client-ready deliverables such as technical memos and presentations explaining accounting conclusions
• Serve as a technical specialist on business combinations and financial instruments
• Draft technical accounting memos, including purchase accounting analyses and debt/equity classification assessments
• Collaborate with directors and partners to ensure consistent technical positions across engagements
Qualifications:
• CPA required
• 7+ years of experience in technical accounting, accounting advisory, or audit
•Proven ability to draft technical accounting memos independently
• Big 4 or national firm background strongly preferred
• Deep expertise in ASC 805, ASC 470, ASC 480, and ASC 815
