Laundry & Housekeeping Team Member
Help make Monroe Manor feel clean, comfortable, and like home.
Monroe Manor is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to care for residents’ clothing, linens, rooms, and shared spaces. No experience is necessarywe’re willing to train the right person.
What you’ll do
Laundry
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize residents’ clothing, towels, and linens.
- Return clean items to residents’ rooms or designated storage areas.
- Keep laundry areas and supplies clean and organized.
- Follow procedures for handling and sorting laundry.
- Let the team know about misplaced items, supply needs, or other concerns.
Housekeeping
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Make beds and change linens as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and empty wastebaskets.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas using facility procedures.
- Restock supplies and keep equipment clean and organized.
- Report maintenance, safety, or cleaning concerns to the appropriate team member.
