Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating asphalt paving or heavy construction equipment
- Daily travel required, Must have reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of asphalt paving and construction operations
- Demonstrated commitment to job-site safety and proper equipment operation
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple types of asphalt and heavy construction equipment
- Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections
- Operate asphalt paving equipment for proper material placement
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
