The Contract Analyst plays a key role in reducing contractual risk and protecting company assets by managing contracts related to rebar and services. This position is responsible for reviewing, negotiating, redlining, and signing contracts up to $1,000,000, with responsibilities designated by region. The Contract Analyst works directly with customers, Sales, and the Legal Department to reach fair and reasonable terms, ensure compliance with insurance and bonding requirements, and support the business in construction-related contracting activities.
ResponsibilitiesThis role is based at a headquarters office environment and operates within a corporate structure closely aligned with accounts receivable and credit functions, as well as the credit collections group. The Contract Analyst works as part of a small, collaborative team of analysts and a supervisor, interacting frequently with Sales, Legal, risk, and other internal departments. The position involves regular use of Microsoft Office (including Excel), Adobe tools for document redlining and review, and Salesforce for contract tracking and documentation. The work is primarily office-based, focused on detailed contract analysis, negotiation, and documentation in a construction and manufacturing context, with expectations to manage tight deadlines, handle multiple contracts simultaneously, and maintain a professional, business-appropriate appearance.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
