This role is ideal for individuals with construction, excavation, farming, landscaping, utility, or heavy equipment experience who enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a team that takes pride in building critical infrastructure that improves land productivity and water management.
No drainage experience? We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
What You'll DoAs a Construction General Laborer, you will support drainage tile installation crews by assisting with site preparation, material handling, equipment operations, and installation activities.
Daily Responsibilities:Assist with installation of agricultural and commercial drainage tile systems
Load, unload, and transport pipe, fittings, tools, and materials
Grade, trench, and prepare job sites for installation
Work alongside excavator, dozer, and tile plow operators
Install drainage pipe, structures, and related components
Safely operate hand tools and power tools
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
Perform additional labor and support duties as assigned

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
