We are seeking a ReFresh Project Manager to join our growing and talented Branded Environments team in our Philadelphia-area office. This position will focus primarily on managing ReFresh projects, which involve updates to existing facilities such as paint, flooring, lighting, and casework, from project kickoff through final completion.
Objectives of This Role
Responsible for the overall management and execution of Branding ReFresh projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the client's expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage ReFresh projects from project kickoff through final completion, including planning, scheduling, installation, and closeout.
- Review project plans, specifications, materials, shop drawings, and other project documentation to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and managing day-to-day communication.
- Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, receiving, shipping, kitting, and installation activities as needed.
- Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, work orders, and other project documentation.
- Conduct and document project meetings, ensuring action items and follow-up are completed in a timely manner.
- Lead project closeout, including final walkthroughs, punch lists, and resolution of outstanding items.
- Monitor project risks and proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact schedule, budget, quality, or client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular project updates and reports for management and client representatives.
- Manage refresh projects that may occasionally require remote or weekend work.
- Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in construction, signage, branding or related field.
- Willingness to travel to job sites in various states with overnight stays required; travel could be as much as twice a month
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and field operations
- Above average computer skills including experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based project management tools such as Monday.com
- Ability to lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work under very strict deadlines to ensure that the clients' needs are met
- Ability to solve problems with diplomacy and to think and work independently
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, management and staff
- Ability to direct the work activities of others, including employees and subcontractors
