Wheel Quality Assurance Inspector

Picture this: it’s 10:55 PM in Barberton, OH. You’re lacing up your boots, ready to start an overnight shift that keeps North America’s commercial transportation industry rolling. By 11:00 PM, you’re on the flooralert, safety-focused, and learning fast. You’ll be trained to visually and dimensionally inspect forged aluminum wheels, document what you see, and help your team hit production and quality targets, all while keeping a spotless and organized work area.

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Pay: $23.03/hour + $1.00 shift differential

• Follow all safety procedures every minute of your shift.
• Perform compliance checks and complete all required documentation and reports with accuracy.
• Visually inspect wheels for defects, malformations, and cosmetic issues.
• Verify dimensional requirements per control plans to ensure parts meet spec and look right.
• Participate in TPM activities and uphold 5S standards to keep the area efficient and clean.
• Assist with problem-solving when issues arise in the department.
