Gardens Home Services is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services in luxury residential homes throughout Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain luxury residential homes to a high standard
- Perform routine, deep, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleanings
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize throughout the home
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Clean countertops, appliances, cabinets, mirrors, windows, fixtures, and other surfaces
- Make beds and change linens when requested
- Empty trash and restock household supplies as needed
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns
- Properly use and care for company-provided cleaning products and equipment
- Follow established cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Respect clients' homes, belongings, privacy, and confidentiality
- Complete job documentation using company software or mobile applications
- Assist with seasonal cleanings, post-construction cleanups, and special cleaning projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous residential or hospitality cleaning experience required
- Experience cleaning luxury or high-end homes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working in different residential environments
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach overhead
- Frequently climb stairs
- Lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Push and pull cleaning equipment and supplies
- Perform repetitive cleaning movements throughout the workday
