When you max out your tips and our easy-to-achieve bonuses, your total compensation reaches over $23/hr to $24+/hr:
• Starting Base Pay: $16.87 / hour
• Plus Hourly Tips: ~$1.50 / hour average ($18.37/hr base + tips)
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $800 paid monthly (Adds +$5.10/hr on a full-time schedule!)
• Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000 extra per year
• Total Yearly Earning Potential: Up to $48,000 – $50,000+ per year!

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
• Consistent 35–40 hours per week.
• NO early morning shifts (we don't serve breakfast!).
• NO late-night closing shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support crew members during scheduled shifts with a positive, team-first attitude.
• Manage shift flow, ensuring fast, friendly service and high-quality DQ treats.
• Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and daily food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and basic store operations.
