Warehouse Associate

Locations: New Albany, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $15.50–$17.00 per hour, depending on assignment and shift

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. In this role, you may support warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or production operations based on your skills, experience, schedule, and overall fit.

During the interview process, we will discuss the available work assignments and determine the best placement for you. Training may be provided for certain responsibilities, including powered equipment operation.

Available Schedules and Pay
  • Day schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Second shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
  • Pay: $15.50–$17.00 per hour, based on assignment and shift
Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Sorting, labeling, stocking, and restocking materials
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered equipment
  • Moving and storing inventory in designated locations
  • Affixing small aluminum parts onto metal anodizing racks
  • Working in multiple positions on a production line
  • Inspecting products and parts for quality and defects
  • Identifying different part sizes, shapes, and styles
  • Performing cycle counts and inventory rechecks
  • Building boxes and preparing finished goods
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Following all company safety and quality procedures
  • Working cooperatively with supervisors and team members
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required for certain assignments
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good manual dexterity and hand coordination
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds, depending on the assignment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to follow directions and safety procedures
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, or short-notice assignments
  • Previous warehouse, production, forklift, or powered-equipment experience is helpful but not required for all assignments
