2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Molded Dimensions Group is seeking a dependable and detail-orientedRubber Molder / Finishing Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team in Port Washington, Wisconsin. This is a versatile, hands-on position supporting both our molding and finishing departments to help ensure the production of high-quality rubber components that meet customer specifications.

What You'll Do

As a Rubber Molder / Finishing Operator, you will work across both departments as business needs require, performing molding, inspection, and finishing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate rubber molding equipment and monitor production processes.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of raw materials and inserts for machine operation.
  • Inspect molded components during production to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform finishing operations on molded parts, including trimming and detailed inspection.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify customer specifications and product quality.
  • Complete required production, quality, and inspection documentation accurately.
  • Identify and communicate quality, production, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
  • Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and inspection procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
