BEPC is actively looking for Commercial Operations Analyst, in Plano, TX area!

W2 Contract – 12 months with possible extensions!

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $39.86/hour - Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in office, or additional days as business needs dictate

Interview Process: Up to 2 rounds via MS Teams

Education: College degree required

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience; 3 years is acceptable. Senior profiles may also be considered.

Summary of the Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Loan Operations Specialist to join our client’s site. This role will support loan documentation preparation, loan boarding, data entry into loan systems, insurance verification, loan closing and funding activities, and construction loan administration.

The position requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable performing data-entry-related tasks, and experienced with Microsoft Office tools. The candidate must demonstrate strong thoroughness and accuracy with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preparation of loan documentation.
• Board loans and perform data entry into loan systems.
• Perform insurance verification.
• Coordinate with borrowers, borrower’s counsel, counsel, Commercial Loan Officers, and Operations to execute the closing and funding of loans.
• Update Risk Ratings and FRB flags within the loan system.
• Carry out responsibilities associated with the construction desk.
• Review work conducted by third-party construction monitors, contractors, and title agents.
• Monitor and report on service levels.
• Execute the balancing, draw, and disbursement processes associated with construction loans and revolving lines of credit

Main Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience; 3 years of experience is acceptable.
• Detail-oriented with strong thoroughness and accuracy.
• Experience with commercial real estate or construction loans.
• Open to learning and performing data-entry-related tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Finance.
• Commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Finance or legal background, particularly given the position’s involvement with loan documents.
• Commercial lending experience.
• Exposure to captive finance lending or dealership environments is helpful but not mandatory.
