Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Insurance is how families protect what they have built. Seth Kelley State Farm is hiring an Account Associate in McCormick, SC for a sales role with real meaning real conversations about coverage, trust earned quickly, and sales that genuinely help the people on the other side of the table.

Responsibilities

• Develop a steady pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred insurance training and licensing provided
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses

Benefits

• Base salary plus performance-based commission

Pay range: $40,000-$70,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensationincluding base salary, commissions, and bonuseswhen performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
