What You’ll Do
- Sort and classify recyclable materials for correct handling and processing.
- Help load and unload trucks and containers.
- Operate basic equipment and tools with strict attention to safety.
- Maintain an orderly work area and follow all safety protocols.
- Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production goals.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Participate in training to build your recycling knowledge and skills.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in a labor-intensive job.
- Mechanical aptitude and an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and be on your feet throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Clear communication and teamwork.
- Consistency and a strong work ethic.
