Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, elective, and basic surgical procedures.
- Develop lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication and chairside care.
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and the administrative team to ensure quality patient care.
- Coordinate complex cases and referrals when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all applicable standards and regulations.
- Participate in continuing education and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Kansas dental license or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience providing comprehensive general dentistry.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and team members.
