The Mission

Deliver consistent, food-safe, high-quality containers by operating and optimizing production equipment, caring for materials, documenting outcomes, and collaborating across shifts.

  • Day Shift available – 12-hour shifts – 3 days one week and 4 the next
Your Core Responsibilities
  1. Run the line: Operate and adjust equipment to established standards; complete preventive maintenance and escalate issues promptly.
  2. Hit the target: Align to daily production goals and product specs; collaborate with the previous shift to ensure seamless handoffs.
  3. Guard quality: Perform container checks, record findings, and document any machine adjustments.
  4. Stay stocked & tidy: Maintain raw material levels and keep machines/areas free of debris.
  5. Lead with safety: Follow all policies and wear PPE correctly; help clean assigned building areas/equipment when directed by your Supervisor.
  6. Be flexible: Work assigned shifts, overtime, and attend after-hours meetings; take on other tasks as requested.
Food Safety: Your NonNegotiable
  • Verify inbound/outbound product meets both food safety and quality standards
  • Follow company food safety and QA procedures; document data accurately
  • Return all product-contact surfaces to a sanitary state after any job
  • Report any product or process failures that could impact food safety of manufactured product to Quality and/or Line/Maintenance Supervision.
What You Need
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1–2 years of related experience/training preferred; plastics/packaging exposure is a plus
  • Working grasp of computer operating systems

Physical Demands

Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds; close vision is required. Regular activities include sitting; using hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talking or hearing. Work Environment
