The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency in Pooler, Georgia.

As an agency owner, you’ll build a client base, lead your own team, and establish a strong presence in the local community with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from Farmers Insurance and the Rappa District Office.

This is an agency ownership opportunity, not a traditional salaried position. Your income will be based on commissions and business performance.

• Develop and carry out a plan for growing your agency
• Generate business through referrals, networking, marketing, and community involvement
• Help clients select Property Casualty, Life, and Health insurance solutions
• Build lasting relationships with individuals and local businesses
• Recruit, coach, and lead your own team
• Manage the daily performance and growth of your agency

• At least one active Georgia insurance license: Property Casualty or Life Health (Willingness to obtain the additional required license with our support)
• Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or a customer-facing role
• An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence prospecting for new business and following up with potential clients
• Ability to establish and actively operate an agency in Pooler or a nearby area
