Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Portland North

$21 per hour | Up to 20 hours per week

Do you love people, organization, and helping close the deal? Join our sales team at Extended Stay America Premier Suites Portland North, managed by ARK Hospitality, and help us welcome corporate travelers, project crews, relocations, and groups to their home away from home.

Want more hours? We also have a Front Desk Agent position available. Candidates can combine both roles to reach full-time status. (Front Desk Agent is paid at a separate, lower hourly rate.)

What you'll do:

• Support the Sales Manager with calls, emails, and follow-ups

• Keep our account lists, proposals, and group rooming lists organized

• Research new business in the Portland North and Hayden Meadows area

• Help with sales blitzes, client visits, tours, and community events

• Build relationships with our corporate and extended stay guests

What we're looking for:

• Friendly, confident communicator (phone, email, and in person)

• Organized and comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Hotel, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person

• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow
