Inventory Assistant

Our cellular division, Cellular One, is a leading regional provider of mobile technology and wireless communications service operating a network of more than 250 cell sites covering 60,000 square miles.

As an Inventory Assistant, you keep CellularOne phone inventory, equipment, and accessories accurate, moving, and ready for every store request. This role exists to protect availability, speed, and clean records from dock to destination.

Key responsibilities:
- Receive carrier deliveries (2–3x/day) at Warehouse 2; route items for Distribution, Marketing, Special Services, and IT
- Pull delivery receipts, confirm contents, and notify the right teams
- Match deliveries to POs; verify costs/quantities; log transaction dates/numbers; hold documentation until invoices arrive/appear in PaperSave
- Run CostGuard reports by location; calculate replenishment needs using last-30-day sales; create and process transfers
- Package and stage shipments for store delivery/UPS pickup; maintain a streamlined, organized inventory area

Required skills/qualifications:
- Comfortable with physical handling/moving devices and accessories (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through; able to work independently
- Working knowledge of inventory software (CostGuard) and MS Excel/Word/Adobe Acrobat
