About the Role
Sky Clean Air is growing fast. We need a sharp, reliable CSR to answer calls, book jobs, and keep schedules tight. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear and the link between them and our technicians.

What You’ll Do

• Answer calls and book appointments
• Manage technician schedules in CRM
• Process payments and service agreements
• Keep customer records accurate
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year customer service or office experience (HVAC a plus)
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong with CRM/scheduling software
• Organized, dependable, fast-paced mindset
• Available 2 Saturdays a month
